There was always something about making people feel good deep within themselves that made me light up inside.

Maybe it started when I was a kid playing, "glamour shots," with my siblings. My younger brother with the good eyelashes, always the model. Naturally, I was the hairstylist/makeup artist and my older sisters were just there to boss us around.

​

Or perhaps, it was in middle school when I cut a whole slumber party full of girls some side bangs because we saw the stars in people magazine with them.

​

Either way, I hit the ground running as soon as I could, and graduated Mitchell's Hair Styling Academy in Wilson, North Carolina in 2012.

​

Following that, I started working as an assistant for an amazing educator and stylist where I found my passion for dimensional lived in hair color for the women who are used to being the ones to take care of the people around them. Self care is important. Let me pamper you!

I moved to WNC in 2014 and enjoy spending time with my dog and exploring new hobbies. 

​

I opened Aura Color Lounge in 2018 as a way to give my guests a relaxing environment where where you come to recharge.  I love the bond I've created with so many amazing women while we chat about life and I create a custom hair color that suits their face shape, eye color, and skin tone.
